You can return or exchange your products within 14 days from the date of arrival of your product. Since our products must meet high hygiene standards, we can only take back unused and undamaged products returned in the same condition in which it was delivered and with the original packaging. You pay the return yourself.

How to return your products

1. Safely pack the product(s) and return sheet into a bag or box and send it back to the address stated on the order return sheet.
2. You will receive your money back within 14 days after your products have arrived at our warehouse.
